At Jigarama , we've done our best to create a Web site that will give you hours of puzzle fun. To help with any questions you may have about our puzzles and how they work, we've compiled a list of frequently asked questions. What are Jigarama puzzles? These are  electronic stand alone puzzle games done into a self exe application file. They are downloaded directly to your hard drive and played directly from your own computer. 

Are these puzzles safe to download? Yes. These are uploaded to a private secured server and have been constructed by the owners of our site. They are virus and malware free at time of upload, but we do make a disclaimer that we are not responsible for damages that may occur to your computer system by use of these downloads.    

How does the puzzle work? There are help instructions included with the puzzle application. Should you have problems please contact us at the email address above. We did not develop the software used to make the puzzles but we will be happy to help you in anyway we can with instructions for running the puzzles..

What are my systems requirements to run the puzzle downloads? MS 98/Me/2000/XP/Windows 7,   Intel Pentium processor or compatible, 32 MB of Ram or more,   

What screen resolution is best for viewing and working puzzles? Important: Puzzles have been created at a resolution of 1024 X 768. They will not fill the monitor screen properly on an 800 x 600 setting.  You may have to  increase the screen resolution to the next higher setting above 1024 X768 depending on the size of your monitor.  

How do I turn the pieces to try and fit them to the other pieces of the puzzle? Select the piece you wish to rotate by clicking on the piece and use your left and right turn arrows on your keyboard to rotate them. .

Why are there some puzzles with changeable backgrounds and rotating puzzle pieces and others that do not? We use two puzzle creators to make our puzzles. The format that allows you to change the background color of your puzzle game does not have rotating puzzle piece function and the format that has rotating pieces does not have changeable background function.
