Important Notes concerning custom puzzles

Images that you send for puzzle formats must be your own personal digital photos.  We are not allowed by copyright law to make trademarked images such as Disney, movie posters, images or altered art images taken from the internet into puzzle format.

We will alter or re-render your images if you should so desire to your specifications. Our graphic artist works individually with you through personal E-mails. We do not use auto correspondence. Fees associated with making your puzzle(s) are for the work and time involved in image setting, customizing and making your puzzle. We do not charge for the software puzzle application itself.  

Your custom puzzle is yours alone. It is never shown on our site or in our free puzzle section. You puzzle download link is available for 30 days from our server. You may send the download link to as many people as you wish within the 30 day period. After which time it is deleted. We do keep a duplicate of your puzzles on file if you should ever need to download it again after the 30 day period for your own personal use.

Example: You have us make a custom puzzle as a Christmas puzzle gift. 

You may email the download link to everyone on your Christmas list as a gift, but you may not upload it to any server, make it available for download from any other web site or sell it commercially. 

Customizations of Puzzle

All of our custom puzzles contain the same features as our free puzzles but you may

1. Include a saluation or name on the puzzle if you wish.

2. Choose the color of the workspace behind your puzzle

3. Add up to 4 puzzle images to one download application

First Image - $1.99

Additional images up to four .99 cents each

4. Altering or re-rendering your digital photo is included in the above fees.

Please remember that the clarity and colors of the images in the puzzles depend on the size and resolution of the jpeg images which you send us and also the monitors and graphics cards which will display them. (We will include more information on this should you decide to send us this request form)
